All versions/features are now integrated into one master program. User selects the version with the desired features.
Standard - Students log in and choose their primary purpose of visit from a customizable list. Students log out before leaving.
Standard Log In - Students log in and choose their primary purpose of visit from a customizable list. Students do not log out.
Basic - Students log in and out, but do not choose a purpose of visit.
Basic Log In - Students log in, but do not choose a purpose of visit or log out.
Extra - Students log in, choose their primary purpose of visit from a customizable list, and enter (type) the name of the teacher that sent them. Students log out before leaving. Note: This option significantly slows down the log in process and requires students have access to a keyboard.
Plus - Students log in, choose their primary purpose of visit from a customizable list, and choose the name of the teacher that sent them from a drop-down menu of all teachers. Students log out before leaving.
Deluxe - Students log in, choose their primary purpose of visit from a customizable list, and choose their teacher from a drop-down menu of their own teachers. Students log out before leaving. Note: This option requires administrator to import students' teachers for proper operation.
* Note: When switching versions, some previous data may not transfer to the new version. Switching to Deluxe version requires import of students' teachers for proper operation.
Select whether or not to allow Log In for ID numbers not already in your Patron Data.
Select whether to print Student Admit Slip for students returning to class. Print admit for ALL students, NO students, or On Demand (students chooses whether or not to print admit).
